Requirements

All Care Professionals are required to be at least 18 years of age to qualify for any of the positions. 

Care

  • Current CPR certification
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children 

Drive

  • 2011 or newer 4 door car

  • Experience in childcare 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record 

  • Active & valid auto insurance in their name

Learn

Tutor/Homework Assistant 

  • Overview: As a MyWoosah Homework/Tutoring Assistant, assist students with homework and help them better understand subjects and concepts taught in school. 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required  

  • Minimum of 1 year of tutoring experience  

  • Must have a smartphone  

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.  

  • Ability to tutor all Subjects: especially math, reading, and writing.  

  • Must possess strong communication and writing skills  

  • Ability to build relationships with families and create a dynamic environment where interactive learning happens.   

  • Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency

Educatonal Assistant 

  • Overview: As a MyWoosah Education Professional, you create a personalized learning experience for children. Whether it is in-person or virtual, Educational Assistants teach and facilitate lesson plans to children. These lesson plans are personalized for the child but still meet the state’s educational requirements, along with tutoring and homework assignments. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education  

  • Valid State Teaching Certificate with required endorsements for subject/level assigned  

  • Minimum of 2 years of Teaching Experience  

  • Ability to teach all Subjects: especially math, reading, and writing.  

  • Create and facilitate lesson plans subject to district approval.  

  • Must possess strong communication and writing skills  

  • Must be comfortable and effective with technology and remote instruction  

  • Ability to build relationships with families and create a dynamic environment where interactive learning happens.  

  • Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency
